Brightwheel is a software platform that promotes the following for GCCA parents, families, faculty and staff on a day-to-day basis.
- Communication: Real-time messaging, group and individual messaging, and centralized communications
- Attendance: Check-in, contactless check-in, and attendance reports
- Billing: Parent invoicing, online bill pay, and billing and payments
- Learning: Tracking children's activities and development
- Staff management: Staff scheduling, accessing staff profiles, and ratios and scheduling
